You agree and confirm

If the details provided are incorrect (either part or in whole), we can, at our sole discretion, deactivate your registration and discredit your account from using our services on the app/web without any prior information.
2. Any transaction on the site/app is governed under the applicable laws & regulations, and anybody using the services of the site/app will comply with them and should use it only for lawful purposes. 
3. While placing the order, the member/subscriber should ensure that the delivery address entered/stored is correct in all respects. If we cannot deliver due to wrong information, redelivery charges would be applicable on that order.
4. It will be taken that the user/member has read all the product information carefully, and they abide by the conditions of the sale while placing an order.
5. By using the services of the site/app, the user understands the risks involved in transacting at the site/app and has done the same at his discretion using his best judgment.

TruNaturals is the owner, controller & operator of the website and app. All the information and material on the website/app, including logo, product titles, description, photos, recipe, audio or video clips etc., are protected by trademarks, designs, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights and are owned by us. The user must never distribute, republish, reproduce, copy, or transmit any material by any means, including by mail, e-mail or other electronic means directly or indirectly and should not encourage others to do so. Prior written consent of the owner should be obtained to use the information in any manner.

TruNaturals will not be liable or be responsible for any content/update of any linked site that TruNaturals site/app may contain as they are not under its control. The company cannot be held liable for any communication or transmission of any form received by the user from the linked site. Any link provided on the site/app does not indicate any connection or association with the owner/operator of that linked site, and the company does not in any way endorse them. At his prudence, the member/subscriber should rely on the information and the accuracy mentioned on the linked site.

Termination 

The User Agreement can be terminated by any party, namely the user or the company any time. We reserve the right to discontinue or terminate this user agreement without any liability on our part and with immediate effect without giving any notice/reason for the action taken. The cancellation or termination of the user agreement will not affect your obligation to pay for the products already ordered/subscribed. You agree to immediately do away with any material or information that you may have obtained or downloaded from the site/app. You shouldhand over all the related material or copies of such material that you have in your possession. Any exploitation, mishandling, manipulation or violation of the terms under the user agreement should be immediately reported to trunaturals.in@gamil.com
