Before sleeping, please take a recommended serving of 85g of our oatmeal. Pour it in a jar or bowl. Add 200ml of your favourite milk. Less milk will make your oatmeal breakfast thicker, and more will make it creamier. As our oatmeal has no added sugar, you can add honey or sweetener of choice. Mix well, put a lid on the jar or bowl and refrigerate. Let the magic or soaking work and activate your breakfast. In the morning, your breakfast is ready to eat. You may add some yoghurt or fresh fruits.

We recommend 8 hours of soaking before eating the oatmeal for the best benefits and taste. However, if, for some reason, you can’t do it, then a minimum of 3 hours of soaking is needed.

Of course, you can enjoy our oatmeal for lunch or dinner also. If you want, you can increase the serving size to 110g and soak in about 300ml of milk if you’re going to have them for lunch or dinner.

Our oatmeal can be stored for six months from the date of packing. However, we recommend that you keep it in an air-tight container, in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

TruNaturals Oatmeal is designed as a cold meal. However, nothing stops you from having it warm. But it should be soaked overnight in cold milk, and you can microwave it just before consuming it. We do not recommend adding hot milk or cooking our oatmeal.
