Return and Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel the order, please call us, and we will check at what stage of processing the order is. If it has not been packed and shipped, we can still cancel it. However, if it has been packed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Product once ordered or sold can only be exchanged if the criteria matched with the below-mentioned conditions:
Any leakage/pilferage/damaged item found during delivery should be reported immediately by the user by sending us an e-mail or what’s app message or by calling our customer care number. Any applicable refund will be credited within 4-5 working days to your account. Any reference to ‘you’, ‘user’, ‘member’, ‘subscriber’, ‘customers’ shall mean the person/end-user who has access to the website/app, its content and is using the services (purchasing/ordering/recipe etc.) and ‘we’, ‘us’, “owner” shall mean the ‘company’. ‘Service provider’, if mentioned, shall mean independent third-party service providers like logistic partners.
