Barnyard Millet/ Poha Kuthiraivali Tikki

Barnyard Millet/ Poha Kuthiraivali Tikki Ingredients:

2 cups of cooked millet/ soaked and drained millet poha
Oil for pan-frying
1 medium-sized onion finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
1/4 Capsicum finely chopped
Green chillies as per taste
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
Garam masala as per taste
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves- a handful finely chopped

Method:
Take a pan and heat a tsp of oil.
 Add in all veggies, ginger,garlic paste, chillies, and saute till golden.
Now add in salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, and ketchup. Mix well.
Now add the cooked millet/ soaked millet poha and again give it a good mix.
Add in coriander leaves and take the contents off heat and let them cool.
Make small flat tikkis of the mix and shallow fry till golden brown from both sides.
Serve hot with green chuttney.
