Singhara Atta or Water Chestnut flour is gluten free and is made by boiling the nuts, then peeling them and sun drying them. Once dried they are ground to make the flour. Singhara flour is powerhouse of anti-oxidants and minerals like copper, potassium, iodine and manganese. The flour is also rich in Vitamin B6 and riboflavin.
