An independent arbitrator will decide any complaint/disagreement/dispute in interpretation or otherwise, and his decision will be final and binding upon the parties hereto. In accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and as amended from time to time, all proceedings shall be held and proceeded under the jurisdiction of the Gurgaon court.
